![]() ![]() While Diablo 3 took a break from that aesthetic (at least until the Reaper of Souls expansion), Diablo 4 has gleefully returned to it, albeit with slightly stylized results. The franchise started as a gothic grimdark fantasy where the world feels as if it’s on the brink of the apocalypse, and fans quickly fell in love with that look. This is undoubtedly the last pseudo-game I will acquire from the company until they make a real game again, one that allows you to be creative, has a good storyline, and makes you feel good when you finish it.Diablo 4’s World Is Dark, Massive, and Filled With Adventuresįirst off, I have to congratulate Diablo 4‘s artists. The poorly designed PvP where high-level players encounter low-level players, the terribly designed UI whose sole purpose is to make you spend more hours managing your inventory, more hours of gameplay means more money for Blizzard. The game was released in a poor state with glaring errors, like the scaling of aspects based on the player’s level instead of the armors. You have to search forums for other players’ experiences. The values of the armor rankings seem random, and there is no information on how any of the mechanics work. It doesn’t exercise creativity or even critical thinking because, mathematically speaking, it’s also a mess. It’s a drug software that only further deteriorates the industry. The game seems to be made with the goal of being played continuously without any purpose. The story is very poor I still can’t understand why Lilith wanted to conquer the world… it’s completely cliché and makes no sense, just like the psychologically poor characters. Just look at how all the players on the server look the same. They promised thousands of armors, but it only has a couple of them. It is a game that completely lacks content. Undoubtedly, the industry has been in decline, with very poor titles, and Diablo 4 is no exception. Diablo 4 is not a game, it is software designed in the form of a drug, with little content, a very poor storyline, and targeted at an audience incapable of realizing this, mainly teenagers and people accustomed to consuming games from the last 10 years. ![]()
